FAQ

How do I book a shoot?

Reach out through email (shaun.t.equine@gmail.com) to receive a list of my available dates and start the booking process!

What is your payment timeline?

For clients located within 2 hours of Weston, ID, a $75 non refundable initial payment is required to book a date on my calendar. The remainder amount is due 24 hours before your session.

For clients outside of that radius, a 50% non refundable initial payment is required to book. Remainder is due 24 hours before the session.

Can I get my initial payment back?

For clients within a 2 hour radius of Weston, ID, the initial payment is not refundable unless your horse passes away before the scheduled session. Shoots will be rescheduled if there is bad weather, sickness, etc.

For clients outside of that radius, initial payment is only refundable if horse is deceased or majorly ill, bad weather (thunder & lightening), major sickness from client or myself (proof of sickness required for refund)

What is your turnaround time?

Current timeline is sneak peaks delivered within 24-48 hours and full gallery delivered within 1 week

Do you have a referral program?

Yes I do! Word of mouth is one of the best ways to grow my business. So to show my gratitude, I offer a 20% discount off of your next shoot every time someone that you refer books with me! This means that you can have a session where you only have to pay the initial payment!
